Terms of Use

Last updated: October 8, 2026

By using rgvseptic.com or calling a phone number shown on it, you agree to these terms.

1. What this website is

Valley Septic Help is a free information and referral service for septic tank pumping, repair and installation in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. We are not a contractor and we do not perform, supervise or guarantee any work. Calls to the numbers on this site are forwarded to independent local providers.

2. Independent providers

The providers who receive calls are independent businesses. They are not our employees or agents. Each provider is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, registrations, insurance and warranties. Before any work starts, you should get the price in writing and confirm any license or registration that applies to the job. Any agreement for work is between you and the provider.

3. Information on this site is general

Our guides, answers and price ranges are general information to help you understand common situations. They are not a quote, an inspection or professional advice for your property. Prices vary with your system, its condition and access to it, and only the provider can confirm them. In an emergency that puts health or safety at risk, contact the appropriate local authority.

4. No warranties

This website is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep it accurate and working, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that a provider will be available at any particular time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Valley Septic Help is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or from any work, advice, product or service provided by a provider you reach through it.

6. Call recording

Calls may be recorded for quality purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

The text, design and graphics of this site belong to Valley Septic Help or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for personal use. You may not copy the site or its content for commercial use without our written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
